Section 36
The master or agent of any vessel shall, at the time of applying for clearance –
(a)
unless exempted by the senior officer of customs, deliver to the proper officer of customs a list of all goods, dutiable on export, for delivery at another port in
Brunei Darussalam; and

answer to the proper officer of customs such questions concerning the departure and destination of the vessel as are demanded of him.
