Section 27
No goods shall be loaded, or water-borne to be loaded, for exportation by sea except –
(a)
at a legal landing place or sufferance wharf; and
(b)
on such days and during such times as may be prescribed, unless permission to load goods on other days and during other times has been granted by the proper officer of customs.
