(1)
Section 3 of the repealed Act is amended, in subsection (2) –
(a)
by inserting “Assistant Controllers,” immediately after “Deputy
Controllers,” in the first line;
(b)
by inserting
“Deputy
Superintendents,”
immediately after
“Superintendents,” in the first two lines.
(2)
This section shall commence immediately before the commencement of this
Order.
