Section 151
(1)
The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang
Di-Pertuan, exempt any person or description of persons from all or any of the provisions of this Order.
(2)
Any power conferred by this Order to provide for or grant an exemption shall include the power to provide for or grant the exemption subject to conditions and to revoke the exemption.
