Section 108

Every senior officer of customs shall be entitled to exercise in and upon and in respect of any vessel, aircraft, landing place, wharf or free trade zone all the powers mentioned in section 104 in as full and ample a manner as if he were authorised so to do by a warrant issued under such section.
