In this Order -

"Agreement" means the Free Trade Agreement signed between the

Governments of Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Chile, Japan,

Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, New Zealand, The Republic of Singapore and The

Socialist Republic of VietNam on 8th March 2018 in Santiago, Chile;

"prescribed countries" means the countries specified in paragraph 3.
