Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Customs (ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement)
Order, 2010 and shall be commence on a date to be appointed by the Minister, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, by notificati_on published in the Gazette.
