Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Customs (ASEAN - Hong Kong, China Free
Trade Agreement) (Preferential Tariff) Order, 2019 and shall be deemed to have commenced on 1st January 2019.
Interpretation 2.
In this Order -
"Agreement" means the ASEAN - Hong Kong, China Free Trade Agreement signed between the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative
Region of the People's Republic of China and the Member States of the
Association of Southeast Asian Nations on 12th November 2017 in Manila,
Philippines;
"prescribed countries" means the countries specified in paragraph 3.
