This Order may be cited as the Customs (Agreement on Trade in Goods of the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Co-operation between the Association of the South-East Asian Nations and the Republic of Korea) Order,

2008 and shall be deemed to have commenced on 1st. January, 2008.
