For the purposes of paragraph 2, goods shall be deemed to have originated from and to have been consigned direct from either India or from a member country of the Association of the South-East Asian Nations where they conform to the Rules of Origin under Chapter x of the Agreement on Trade in Goods Under the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Co-operation between the Association of the South-East Asian Nations and India.
