Section 16
(1)
The Authority shall arrange for the reissue and exchange of currency notes and coins subject to such conditions as it may determine.
(2)
The Authority shall be entitled to –
(a)
charge any person or class of persons such fee as may be prescribed for the reissue and exchange of currency notes and coins with the Authority;
(b)
determine the minimum amount of currency which it will issue or redeem in respect of any one transaction; and

(c)
determine the hours during which it will issue and redeem currency.
