This Order may be cited as the Currency Order, 2004 and shall commence on a date to be appointed by the Minister, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang
Di-Pertuan, by notification in the Gazette.
(2)
The long title of this Order is “An Order to establish a Brunei currency and for purposes connected therewith or incidental thereto”.
