Section 6
To facilitate the general conduct of the Board’s business, the Board may appoint, as it shall deem necessary —
(a)
sub-committees from among the members for such purposes and with such powers as it may determine;
(b)
a Secretary and other staff;
(c)
agents and representatives for such tasks and in such places as it may define and delimit.
