Section 22
The net profits of the Board for each financial year shall be determined by the Board after meeting all expenditure for that year and making such provision as it thinks fit for bad and doubtful debts, depreciation in assets, replacement of currency notes and coins, contributions to staff and superannuation funds, and all other reasonable contingencies, and the balance of the net profits after any payment to the
Reserve Fund in accordance with section 21 shall be paid into the
Consolidated Fund.
Exemption from Taxation, Customs and Stamp Duties.
