Section 5
(1)
The Courts for the administration of criminal justice in
Brunei Darussalam to which this Code applies shall be the following -
(a)
High Court;
(6)
Courts of Magistrates.
(2)
A Judge may sit in and constitute a Court of a Magistrate.
