Procedure at execution
(1)

There shall be present at the execution the officer whom the
Director of Prisons has appointed to carry out the sentence, a medical officer or hospital assistant and such other person as the Director of Prisons may require, and there may be present any minister of religion whom the Director of Prisons thinks proper to admit.
(3)
As soon as may be after the judgment of death has been executed, a medical officer or hospital assistant shall examine the body of the person executed and shall ascertain the fact of death and shall sign a certificate thereof on the back of the warrant of execution and deliver the same to the Director of Prisons.

(5)
The Director of Prisons shall return the warrant of execution duly indorsed as required by this section to the Chief Justice.
