Section 240
Judgment not to be altered
No Court, other than the High Court, having once recorded its judgment, shall alter or review the judgment:

Provided that a clerical error may be rectified at any time, and that any other mistake may be rectified at any time before the Court rises for the day.

Judgment to be explained to accused and copy supplied 241.
The judgment shall be translated or explained to the accused in a language which he understands and on his application, a copy of the judgment or, when he so desires, a translation in his own language, if practicable, shall be given to him without delay. Such copy shall, in any case other than a summons case, be given free of cost.
