Section 123

Every investigation under this Chapter shall be completed without unnecessary delay and if, as a result of the investigation, it is desired to institute criminal proceedings against any person, the officer in charge of the case may, subject to any direction of the Public Prosecutor, forward to a competent Court having jurisdiction a draft charge setting out the details of the offence with which the person is to be charged.
