Section 15

Any police officer may without warrant arrest any person found at large in respect of whom there is in existence a detention order made by the Minister under the provisions of section 2 and shall forthwith report such arrest to the Commissioner of Police.

Any person arrested in pursuance of the provisions of subsection (1) is deemed to be in lawful custody and may be detained for a period not exceeding 48 hours in any prison or in any police station pending the issuing of instructions by the Minister for his further detention.
