(DESIGNATED COUNTRIES) ORDER, 2008
Opening note
This Order may be cited as the Criminal Conduct (Recovery of Proceeds)
(Designated Countries) Order, 2008.
Designated countries.
The countries specified in the first column of the Schedule are designated as countries to whose external confiscation orders and proceedings the Criminal
Conduct (Recovery of Proceeds) Order, 2000 (S 52/2000) shall apply.
Appropriate authorities.
The appropriate authorities of designated countries that are to give effect to the provisions of the Criminal Conduct (Recovery of Proceeds) Order, 2000
(S 52/2000) in relation to the external confiscation orders and to related proceedings are sp~cified in the second column of the Schedule.
