Section 91
The Attorney General may request an appropriate authority of a foreign country to make arrangements for –
(a)
a confiscation or forfeiture order made in Brunei Darussalam against property that is believed to be located in that foreign country;
(b)
a benefit recovery order made in Brunei Darussalam where some or all of the property available to satisfy the order is believed to be located in that foreign country;
(c)
a restraining order made in Brunei Darussalam against property that is believed to be located in that foreign country, if the order was made in respect of a serious offence or a foreign serious offence.
