Section 56
(1)
In order to prevent any property from being disposed of or removed contrary to a restraining order, any authorised officer may seize any such property if such authorised officer has reasonable grounds to believe that such property will be so disposed of or removed.
(2)
Property seized under subsection (1) shall be dealt with in accordance with the directions of the High Court.
