Section 52
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), a copy of a restraining order shall be served on a person affected by the order in a manner as required by section 126 or as prescribed by Rules of Court.
(2)
Where the High Court is satisfied that it is in the public interest to do so it may order that service under subsection (1) be delayed for a specified period.
