Section 86
The right conferred by section 83 is infringed by a person who –
(a)
possesses in the course of a business;
(b)
sells, lets for hire, or offers or exposes for sale or hire;
(c)
in the course of a business exhibits in public or distributes; or
(d)
distributes, otherwise than in the course of a business, so as to prejudice the honour or reputation of the author or director,

an article which is, and which he knows or has reason to believe is, an infringing article. In this section, an infringing article means a work or a copy of a work which –
(i)
has been subjected to derogatory treatment within the meaning of section 83; and
(ii)
has been or is likely to be the subject of any of the acts mentioned in that section in circumstances infringing that right.
