Section 53

Material which is comprised in public archives or public records within the meaning of the Brunei National Archives Act which is available to the public under that Act may be copied, and a copy may be supplied to any person, by or with the authority of the Director appointed under subsection (1) of section 4 of that Act, without infringement of copyright.
