Copyright in an Act subsists from the time His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan assents thereto until the end of the period of fifty years from the end of the year in which such assent was given.

Copyright in any such Order subsists from the time it was made until the end of the period of fifty years from the end of the year in which it was made.

References in this Part to Government copyright (except in section 167) include copyright under this section; and, except as mentioned in subsections (1), (2) or (3), the provisions of this Part apply in relation to copyright under this section as to other Government copyright.
