(1)
There is established the Copyright Tribunal, for the purpose of exercising the jurisdiction conferred on it by this Order.
(2)
The Copyright Tribunal shall consist of a chairman, a deputy chairman and not less than two or more than six other members appointed by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang
Di-Pertuan.

A person shall not be qualified for appointment as chairman or deputy chairman unless –
(a)
he is, or has been, a judge of a court having unlimited jurisdiction in civil and criminal matters in some part of the Commonwealth or of a court having jurisdiction in appeals from any such court; or
(b)
he is entitled to practise as a legal practitioner in either such a court and has been so entitled for not less than seven years.
