(1)
The owner of the copyright in a work which is the subject Appeals of an order under section 148 may appeal to the Copyright Tribunal which may confirm or discharge the order, or vary it so as to exclude works from it, as it thinks fit having regard to the considerations mentioned in subsection (2) of that section.
(2)
Where the Attorney General has made an order under section 149 –
(a)
the person who applied for the order; and
(b)
any person or organisation representative of educational establishments given notice of the application for the order and making representations in accordance with subsection (4) of that section, may appeal to the Copyright Tribunal which may confirm or discharge the order or make any other order which the Attorney General might have made.
(3)
An appeal under this section shall be brought within six weeks of the making of the order or such further period as the Copyright Tribunal may allow.
