Oath to be taken and subscribed by Regent

Article 14
Every Regent shall, before he acts in or enters upon his office, take and subscribe before the Privy Council the oath in the form set out as
Form 3 in the Schedule, and the Member of the Privy Council there present ranking first in precedence is hereby empowered and required to administer that oath, and to cause an appropriate record to be made that this section has been complied with.
