Article 51
(1)
Minutes shall be kept of all the proceedings of the Legislative
Council.
(2)
As soon as practicable, a full transcript of the minutes of every sitting of the Legislative Council shall be transmitted by the Clerk to the
Legislative Council to His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan.
