Article 20
(1)
Minutes shall be kept of all the proceedings of the Council of
Ministers.
(2)
As soon as practicable after the minutes of a meeting of the
Council of Ministers have been confirmed, a full transcript thereof shall be transmitted by the Secretary to the Council of Ministers to His Majesty the
Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan.
