Section 7
(1)
There is hereby established a body known as the Compulsory
Religious Education Board.
(2)
The Board shall comprise —
(a)
the Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of
Religious Affairs, to be the chairman;
(b)
the Director of Islamic Studies, to be the deputy chairman;
(c)
not less than seven members to be appointed by the
Minister;
(d)
the Assistant Director of Islamic Studies, to be the secretary.
