Section 3
(1)
For the purposes of section 287B(4]@], a person has 60 days after the date of notice of intention to strike the name of a company off the register within which to show cause why the Registrar should not exercise the power to strike the name of the company off the register.

In subrule (I], the reference to the date of notice of intention to strike the name of a company off the register means the date on which notice of the
Registrar's intention to exercise the power to strike the name of a company off the register is fist published in the Gazette under section 287B[4).
