Advancing money for gaming house or lottery

Section 5
Any person who —
(a)
advances or furnishes money for the purpose of —
(i)
establishing or conducting the business of a common gaming house; or
(ii)
a public lottery; or
(b)
profits from the establishment or conduct of such business, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of $20,000 and imprisonment for 12 months.
