Section 3
(1)
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan shall appoint a fit and proper person to be Registrar of Co-operative Societies for Brunei
Darussalam and may appoint persons to assist such Registrar, and may, by general or special order published in the Gazette, confer on any such persons all or any of the powers of a Registrar under this Act.
(2)
Any act or thing directed to be done by or to the Registrar may be done by or to any officer authorised by the Minister.
