Section 28B
(1)
Every registered society shall, within 6 months after receipt of the certificate of registration, hold a first general meeting of members or delegates.
(2)
The business of the first general meeting shall include the election of office bearers who shall serve until the first annual general meeting and who shall be eligible for re-election.
