Section 12

A decision by a magistrate under section 4 or 5 shall be subject to further appeal and review under the provisions of section 18 of the

Subordinate Courts Act (Chapter 6), in like manner as if it had been a decision taken in a civil matter or proceeding before such magistrate within the meaning of that Act.
