Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Children Order, 2000.
(2)
The long title of this Order is an Order to provide for the care and protection of children in matters incidental thereto or connected therewith.
(3)
This Order shall commence on such date as the Minister may be notification in the Gazette appoint; and the Minister may appoint different dates for the commencement of different provisions of this Order or for different purposes of the same provision.
