Section 56
The programme of daily activities of a place of safety, including outdoor activities organised by the place of safety, shall -
451
{a)
be supervised by a member of the staff;
{b)
be appropriate to the ages and abilities of the residents concerned and provide opportunities for their development; and
(c)
include opportunities for periods of indoor and outdoor activities and periods of undisturbed rest.
