Section 34
(1)
Staff shall not make any communication to any representative of the media, without the authority of the Superintendent, on any matter which has come to his know ledge in the course of his duties.
(2)
Staff shall not, without the authority of the Superintendent, publish any matter or make any public pronouncement relating to a place of safety or to any resident.
