Section 10

The Superintendent shall be responsible to the Director for -

{a}

ensuring that the place of safety is operated and managed satisfactorily and that the welfare of the residents in the place of safety is promoted in a proper manner;

{b} the efficient conduct, management and discipline of the place of safety; and

{c} all the property and the services provided at the place of safety and for taking such measures as may be necessary to maintain them in proper order.
