Section 43

No person shall, without authority, convey or throw into, or deposit in, a school or home, or convey or throw out of a school or home, or convey to any resident of a school or home, or deposit with a view to its coming into the possession of any such resident, any money, clothing, food, drug, drink, tobacco, letter, paper, book, tool or other article. Anything so conveyed, thrown or deposited without authority may be confiscated by the Warden.
