Section 37
A protector or any person authorised in that behalf in writing by him may require any child or young person who has entered Brunei Darussalam or been brought into Brunei Darussalam and any person who may appear to have his custody or control to appear before the protector at any reasonable time and at any convenient place, and the protector may thereupon examine such child or young person as to his reasons for entering or being in Brunei
Darussalam and may examine such other person with respect to such child or young person.
