Section 11
(1)
A Juvenile Court shall sit as often as may be necessary for the purpose of exercising any jurisdiction conferred on it by this Act or by any other written law.
(2)
No person shall be present at a sitting of a Juvenile Court except —
(a)
members and officers of the Court;
(b)
parties to the case before the Court, their counsel and witnesses and other persons directly concerned in that case;
(c)
bona fide representatives of the media; and
(d)
such other persons as the Court may authorise to be present.
