Section 3
(1)
There shall be established a Panel of Censors consisting of not more than 12 members.
(2)
Members of the Panel of Censors shall be appointed by the
Minister with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan and every appointment shall be notified in the Gazette.
(3)
The Secretary of the Panel of Censors shall be a person appointed by the Minister.
