Section 13
(1)
The Minister with the approval of His Majesty may, by notification in the Gazette, prescribe fees to be charged in respect of any of the services rendered or duties performed under this Act.
(2)
The Board may, in any particular case, direct that any fees payable for review by it be reduced or may waive such fees.
