Section 19

Where an offence against this Act committed by a corporation is proved to have been committed with the con-sent or approval of, or to have been facilitated by any neg-lect on the part of any director, manager, secretary, or other officer of the corporation, he, as well as the corporation, shall be deemed to be guilty of the offence, and shall be liable to be proceeded against and punished accordingly.
