Section 24

The Agency may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and

Yang Di-Pertuan, by instrument under its common seal, appoint a person

(whether in Brunei Darussalam or in a place outside Brunei Darussalam) to be its attorney, and the person so appointed may, subject to the instrument, do any act or execute any power or function which he is authorised by the instrument to do or execute.
