Power to grant or refuse accreditation
of Brunei Darussalam National Accreditation Council Act

Section 36
(1)
After having considered an application under section 35(1), the
Council may —
(a)
grant the application and issue a letter of accreditation to the higher education provider; or
(b)
refuse the application, stating the grounds for refusal.
(2)
Upon issue of the letter of accreditation under subsection (1)(a), the Council shall enter the particulars of the certificate into the Register.
(3)
For the purpose of considering an application under subsection 35(1), the Council may conduct an institutional audit.
