Letter of accreditation

Section 32
(1)
The letter of accreditation shall specify the professional programme and state the premises in which the professional programme shall be conducted or facilitated.
(2)
The higher education provider shall cause a copy of the letter of accreditation to be exhibited in a conspicuous place in the premises specified in the letter of accreditation.
(3)
The higher education provider shall surrender the letter of accreditation to the Council within 30 days from —
(a)
the date of revocation of the letter under section 34(1); or
(b)
the date of cessation of the professional programme.
